Charging Recommendation: Although it is NOT required, we highly recommend mounting a 12V to 110V AC power inverter in your machine. This allows your tablet to charge efficiently on the trail and with higher amperage than your typical USB plug in your dash, which is typically 1.0 -1.2 amps. In our testing, this setup charged a tablet from 5% to 100% while we rode for a 6 hour day. This included GPS tracking, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth function ON. You can find them on Amazon or at most auto parts suppliers.
Trail Updates: This tablet purchase includes one set of trail updates per year. The cost is only $49/year but the monthly benefits are huge!
Giving as a gift? Our trail download permissions are tied to your email address. If you are purchasing this as a gift for someone, it is extremely important that you enter the recipient’s NAME and EMAIL address in the “Notes” section during checkout. If you fail to do so, the recipient will not have permission to download the trails when setting up the app.
Order Processing & Shipping Timeframes: Order processing times range from same day to 3 business days, excluding weekends and/or holidays. Transit times are generally 1-2 business days via Express and 2-3 business days via Priority. Occasional delays are possible. Once the package leaves our facility, it is solely the duty of USPS to care for and deliver the package. In the event of a package loss, we will work directly with the carrier to resolve.
